In 1964, a tuxedo cat named Bootsie Mitten was sent to the Harvard Club of New York because he just didn't fit in with suburban life in Connecticut. At the club, he lounged in leather chairs and enjoyed crabmeat from the kitchen. Within his first 18 days, he caught 5 mice in the bar. Bootsie stayed there for 13 years.
