I really do think kindness starts with animals. From a young age I was surrounded by animals, learning about them and caring for them. And I think that was a crucial part of my own character development, how I treated and interacted with others. Be kind and teach kindness 🤍

November 3rd 2026, marks the 69th anniversary of Laika being sent into space, alone, where she ultimately lost her life. I take this day as a reminder that just because we’re curious about what’s possible, it doesn’t mean those discoveries should come at the expense of a living being. Curiosity should never come before compassion.

So I’m outside with the dogs and I hear my ac units fan turn on, immediately I hear something is wedged in there. It sounded like a rock was stuck. I turn the fan off go back and look, it was a fucking mouse. My stomach still hurts. This week already sucks

Does anyone else live in an HOA area? This is actually insane. They are increasing my monthly fee to $430. We don’t have amenities like a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, dog park, anything. We don’t even have sidewalks 😭 I’m losing my mind right now
