DEBIT CARD FRAUD -- Do you know this man?
Detectives with the Tulsa Police Financial Crimes Unit are trying to identify the male seen in the photos below.
On September 24th, 2025, the man entered the QuikTrip at 71st and Riverside and made three purchases using a stolen debit card.
The man then later attempted to transfer money out of the account on several occasions.
He was seen driving the vehicle in the photo, a 2013-2018 White Nissan Altima.
