Mình chia sẽ chút quan điểm của mình về @binance nhé .nó bị gì thì cả nền công nghiệp crypto đi toang chứ không giỡn . Hơn 300 triệu người dùng trên toàn thế giới vừa sàn vừa ví web3 . Tính 1 bài toán nhẹ một người mỗi ngày chỉ trả $1 tiền phí giao dịch thì sàn có bao nhiu tiền là $300 triệu usdt ( đây là con số mình làm bài toán nhỏ chứ thật sự thì nó còn khủng khiếp đến cỡ nào) . Thôi thì mình hoan hỷ bớt Fud lại cho nó yên bình . Luôn tin tưởng Anh Trai @cz_binance , @heyibinance .☘️🌿

Sàn FTX sụp đổ là do sử dụng vốn không đúng mục đích, nói cách khác là chiếm dụng vốn nhà đầu tư, một việc không nên làm (hoặc làm mà không nên để người khác biết) của các sàn giao dịch.
- Đây cũng là lý do CZ nói mua nhưng sau đó từ chối cũng vì cái lõi nó nát bét nên mới không dám.
Còn hiện tại, nếu #Binance hoạt động theo như họ công bố thì riêng doanh thu năm nay dư sức cover mọi số hack.
- Và sàn cũng công bố mua toàn bộ số lượng Altcoin mà hack đã bán.
Người dùng mất niềm tin sẽ ồ ạt rút, nhưng việc rút khó tạo bankrupt nếu Bằng chứng dự trữ (Proof of Reserves - PoR) được chia sẻ thời gian qua là real (nó mà ko real thì chết ko chỉ #Binance, mà cả ngành Crypto ấy chứ chẳng đùa).
Rút hồi thấy vẫn ổn, niềm tin được hồi phục, thì lại tái nạp thôi (dù sẽ hao hụt ít nhiều về các sàn khác, hoặc rút về ví cá nhân).
Câu chuyện cũng xoay quanh thế.

Roughly half the assets already frozen through coordinated action with stablecoin issuers, blockchain partners, and law enforcement. A $50 dispute is effectively unresolvable if pursuing it costs $500. That is the access problem behind slow, expensive justice.
For an online service agreement, I would want the workflow to be clear:
• Agree on the delivery criteria before payment.
• Preserve the evidence when a dispute arises.
• Give both sides a chance to challenge the decision.
• Define how the outcome actually releases or refunds funds.
That is how I would evaluate GenLayer’s proposed upgrade: cost relative to the claim, time to resolution, and the ability to correct a wrong decision. A faster verdict only helps if people can use and contest it.
