In true form, my Nanna’s given us one last laugh…as my Dad’s been sorting her funeral he found her Mum’s birth certificate and therefore discovered the name of HER Nanna.

Or an email address with a person at the end of it. We’ve made our own arrangements as easyjet support was so poor and now discover flight delayed for another night. This is unacceptable and we need an alternative flight today under the governing regulations.
