Sad news for the Arsenal community. 💔
A fire at the iconic Tollington Arms, a popular pub for Gooners near the Emirates Stadium, has damaged historic Arsenal memorabilia, beer lines and part of the flooring.
Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, but the pub is expected to remain closed until at least January 2027.
The Arsenal community has rallied around the staff, with supporters encouraged to visit its sister pub, The Big Red, to continue supporting them. ❤️🤍
Wishing everyone at the Tollington Arms a speedy recovery. 🙏 #afc

Watching this feels like watching your childhood come back to life, with the same squad Arsène Wenger once coached. ❤️
He even brought the tactics board into the dressing room and started arranging every player’s position on it. The love for the game has never faded. 🔥

🚨🔴⚪️ I’M STANDING WITH GYÖKERES.
At some point, we have to ask ourselves: what did Arsenal expect would happen?
This boy arrived with fire in his eyes, confidence in his game and the belief that he could deliver for Arsenal. He gave everything, committed himself to the project and helped us win the league.
Then suddenly, the message started changing.
He was benched from game to game. His place was constantly questioned. Arsenal were even reportedly considering him in potential swap deals.
How is a striker supposed to build confidence when the club keeps showing him that he isn’t trusted?
We told him he was the man.
Then we made him feel like he wasn’t good enough.
Now his confidence is on the floor — and we expect him to perform like nothing happened.
I’m sorry, but we have to take some responsibility.
This player gave everything to Arsenal. He surrendered a huge part of his career to come here, and instead of building him up, we have broken him down.
You cannot destroy a player’s confidence and then demand the same player suddenly produce at the highest level.
Stand with Gyökeres. Give him belief. Give him support. Give him time.
He deserves that from us. ❤️

The first time I saw Tim Curry was when he played Billy Flynn on Criminal Minds. At the crisp age of 14 I legit never seen someone so committed to acting. One of a kind.

Gutted. The sensational character actor, Tim Curry has left the stage.
A truly gifted performer of stage and screen, his one eyebrow could say more than most actors entire bodies.
I am grateful to have the rare gift of watching him work, he made you better just standing near him.

Tim Curry gives my favourite comic performance of all time in Clue (1985). The “how it was done” scene is around eight minutes long, and he performed it so intensely that he had to be taken to the hospital for high blood pressure.
RIP to a fucking legend

The Muppets have released a statement on the tragic passing of Tim Curry.
“Few humans have earned the title of honorary Muppet more than the legendary Tim Curry. As a performer, he was unparalleled – witty, charming, unnerving, and deeply funny.
We will always consider it one of our greatest treasures to have been part of Long John Silver’s crew. Thank you for everything, Tim.”
