FYI: among other things, this amendment doesn't address the removal of the culturally specific commissions. Under this bill, there would be 7 voting members to represent 9 separate marginalized populations who all used to have their own separate commissions.

Of note: SF2385 overhauling boards and commissions, makes damaging changes to public safety, licensing, and restricts Iowans voices in state govt. We were promised an amendment to fix, don’t have it yet.
