Thank you to everyone who has been reaching out to ask questions about the company and what we do. I figured I would make this post to address some some of our most frequent questions.
If I miss anything you want to know, please comment down below.
1. What does the profit split look like?
- The profit split for all products starts at 50/50 and can rise as high as 80/20.
2. How much will it cost me?
- There is no out of pocket costs for creators to join and work with us, have their merch listed on the website, or made physically. The entire process is free.
3. Why is the entire process free?
- GME made the entire process free because we believe this is a barrier that prevents creators of all sizes from being able to have merch if they want it.
4. Is there a minimum order amount/MOQ?
- Every order is made to order so we don't utilize an MOQ system.
5. Where do the products come from?
- Everything is manufactured by the Grey Matter team in the United States.
6. What is the final cost for customers?
- The final cost is the listed price plus taxes and shipping. The only time this is different is for international customers who must also pay their countries duties/VAT
7. How long does it take for an order to ship?
- Unless a major incident occurs, all orders ship in 30 days or less.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
- Short answer, not at this time. We plan on reintroducing it in 2027 once we have developed a system to help bring the shipping costs international customers have to pay.
