If you’re under 30, the most important thing you need to understand about Stevens’ endorsement is that, just 10 years ago, a candidate who (a) signed a letter urging the Muslim Brotherhood to eliminate pro democracy dissidents in Egypt, or (b) refused to disavow a surrogate who claimed America deserved 9/11 or an ad that claimed you can’t afford groceries because bloodthirsty Israelis love to kill children, or (c) said “hurt people hurt people” about a terrorist who tried to murder dozens of children, would not have polled above 2% in a Democratic primary, and that today a Democrat who says that supporting a candidate like the above is a bridge too far in the name of party loyalty is being called a traitor by the Democrat Senate Minority Leader. Haley Stevens is a patriot who put country over party.

Israel rankades högst i världen i täckning per capita. Tigray-kriget i Etiopien (uppskattningsvis ~600 000 döda) nådde aldrig ens 0,03 %.

🗳️ Israel votes today In a region where free elections are rare, millions of Israelis are heading to the polls today to choose the 26th Knesset. It's the first election since October 7. That's what makes Israel the only democracy in the Middle East: ✅ Every citizen votes: Jews, Arabs, Druze, right and left ✅ You can protest the government in the streets, and just two days ago, huge crowds did exactly that in Tel Aviv ✅ A sitting prime minister can lose at the ballot box ✅ Power is decided by votes, not by force What people are talking about on X: 🔹 A tight race between Netanyahu's Likud and the bloc led by Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party 🔹 Polls show neither bloc reaching 61 seats, so tough coalition talks are expected 🔹 Prediction markets favor Eisenkot 🔹 Security, Iran, and accountability for October 7 are at the center of the debate 🔹 Even voices from inside Iran are joining the conversation Whoever you support, go vote. That's our power, and it's what sets us apart in this region. 🇮🇱 Polls close at 10 PM.

FACT: The annual funding Israel receives from the US amounts to less than one-tenth of 1% of the federal budget. Less than 1/10th of 1%. FACT: That annual funding would cover only a few hours of federal health care spending. A few hours. Yet politicians who specialize in scapegoating would have you believe that Israel is responsible for America’s affordability crisis. Like every form of scapegoating before it, it is a dangerous lie.

Eggs are like $2.27. Bananas about $0.41 per pound. But Democrats never let the facts get in the way of a chance to blame those dirty Jews. Fitting that this is how el Sayed closes: lying in service of anti-Semitism.
Abdul El-Sayed blames Israel for the price of your eggs and bananas, even though he knows that higher grocery prices are only due to supply, energy and inflation factors. Shame on anyone voting for a candidate who uses Antisemitic talking points to win an election.

I took no AIPAC money when I ran for Congress. I think its approach needs to change. But singling out AIPAC while giving every other lobby a pass is hypocritical. When Jewish political participation is treated as uniquely sinister, that’s antisemitism.

A candidate for the U.S. Senate says Israel is not America's friend. I'm Israeli. I grew up in Israel. My family is Israeli. And I can tell you this: Few nations hold America as close to their hearts as Israelis do. Fact: Israelis admire America. 81% of Israelis view the United States favorably - the highest percentage among 36 countries surveyed by Pew in 2026. Who else in the Middle East does? No other U.S. ally can have 200 fighter jets in the sky in 3 hours notice. Modest compared with America's military might, certainly. But backed by something more important: a profound commitment to the United States, regardless of who occupies the White House. Security is real. Capabilities are real. And friendship is real too. This candidate understands nothing of it. He is trying to pick up votes through hate. None of this requires defending Netanyahu. None of it requires endorsing everything Israel has done in recent years. It requires understanding one fact: Israel America's most enduring ally in the Middle East. Criticizing an Israeli government is legitimate. Pretending Israel is America's enemy is something else entirely. Any other notion is just bigotry masquerading as conspiracy theory- or conspiracy theory masquerading as bigotry.
