Charlotte Hornets retiring Muggsy Bogues jersey. At 5’3 Muggsy started over a decade. Charlotte Hornets all time leader in assists and steals. I think he should be in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. To accomplish what he did at 5’3 is incredible and may never be done again.
