How could tokenization drive a 10x reduction in capital markets infrastructure costs?
Today, around 9 intermediaries stand between buying a stock and owning it. Tokenization could automate functions performed by 6 to 7 of them.

HUGE: SUI taps OpenAssets to expand tokenized assets on its network
The integration targets smoother movement of tokenized securities, funds and commodities between institutions and financial systems through the Open Tokenized Asset Standard.

🌐 $SUI IS HELPING WRITE THE RULES FOR TOKENIZED ASSETS.
Sui and OpenAssets are developing an open tokenization standard under Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust.
Announced October 1, the framework aims to make ownership, compliance and settlement information portable across financial systems.
Different networks. A shared language for assets.

Tokenized assets are critical to digital markets, but are often locked in separate systems that can't work together.
A new member of @lfdecentralized, Sui joins @OpenAssetsInc to extend the Open Tokenized Asset Standard (OTAS) to the Sui ecosystem, helping define shared standards across institutions and markets.

OpenAssets has launched Sentinel, an AI-enabled OpenCompliance platform and the evidence layer for tokenized markets.
Sentinel turns written obligations into machine-readable controls. Every action is written once and can't be edited or deleted afterward, not even by an administrator.
That's what audit-ready compliance should look like for modern financial markets.

We launched Sentinel today, AI-enabled compliance for tokenized markets.
A model proposes how an obligation maps to a control. A person decides. Every action goes into an append-only log that auditors can verify without access to the system.

Removing or significantly reforming KYC, KYB, KYT, AML and related regulatory and commercial burdens could increase global commercial output 2-5x.
Information collection is not only dangerous to end users but limit financial inclusion, impedes commerce and puts significant burdens and constraints across the financial, tech and governance stack.
People underestimate how much damage compounded broken tools adds to the system.

Probably missed by most. @SuiFoundation joined the Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust today, alongside Wells Fargo, Swift and @OpenAssetsInc (who proposed it). The intention is very simple: create an open standard so issuers tokenizing the same asset get compatible objects. In a world where bitcoin represents well over a trillion dollars of mostly idle collateral, tokenized RWAs are…something you will hear more about in 2027. For those who want some light reading, the proposal is below and open for comment.

Foreign net purchases of U.S. T-bills fell from $250.5B to $49.4B over the last 12 months, an 80% collapse or roughly $200B of lost annual demand.
Meanwhile, stablecoin issuers already hold nearly $200B of T-bills and other near-maturity Treasuries.
The math is increasingly obvious. Scale stablecoins and modern dollar infrastructure and you create a new global distribution channel for U.S. government debt.

A few years ago, talking about tokenized assets to institutional investors could feel almost impossible.
Today, the market has been entering a very different stage.
In “From Bitcoin ETFs to ETFs on Bitcoin” at Plan ₿ Forum El Salvador, the panel discussed how tokenized assets may be approaching the same inflection point ETFs once reached.
With around half a trillion dollars already tokenized, the conversation is now being taken seriously.

OpenAssets is live in AWS Marketplace.
Institutions can now run our tokenization OS inside their own AWS account. Issuance, settlement, compliance, asset servicing. Their infra, their controls.
OpenAssets is available in @awscloud Marketplace: markets-in-a-box, deployed directly into the AWS account the institution already manages.
Issuance, settlement, compliance, and asset servicing run in-house, across more than a dozen blockchains.
That's how tokenization becomes production infrastructure.
