Recently finished a 1,900 sf garden-level remodel in a classic Victorian! Reworked the garage into a wood workshop, added en-suite bedrooms, and opened up the space with French doors to the garden. Custom wood finishes by our client blend historic charm with a modern feel.

OpenScope took on the #LowRiseLA design competition, created to promote #housingaffordability and paths to #ownership focused on #sustainablearchitecture. Our design reenvisioned the single-family home and attached carport as a module that could stack in various configurations.

Congrats to Victoria’s House on their grand opening yesterday! OpenScope restored two vacant and dilapidated Victorians to provide a 44-bed residential care facility as #transitionalhousing, increasing housing opportunities for those in need. #supportivehousing #sanfrancisco

Our #ADU project in #SanFrancisco Castro District was recently completed! OpenScope designed a plan that converted the underutilized parking space on the ground floor into six new additional units and a bike parking room as well as consolidated parking and building services.
