Is it time to nerf survivor hook stages in DBD?
There’s genuinely no reason survivors should be hooked for 70 seconds. Reduce hook stages to 50 seconds, that means less time for survivors to sit on gens and would naturally reduce the amount of gen rushing. 70 seconds is way too long…

Short DBD Rant about New Anti-Cheat and Crossplay and potential fix ideas.
I hope the DBD devs find an anti cheat that stops most cheaters, or even live kicks them out of the game and turns them into a bot if found cheating. (Something like this alone could fix this issue)
1. Basic anti-cheat checks, Like a Player is going too fast but isn't getting Haste from a Source gets Auto Kicked and Flagged, randomly teleporting around the map, actions that can't be done legit.
2. I think it's really upsetting that Cheaters can get into your game and snipe your Steam CloudID and just Snipe you forever, as a Streamer this has happened a lot to me, they have cheats to get into your game that should be stopped somehow.
3. I also want a true crossplay where I can select Consoles and Steam to Play Against I don't want to vs Epic game Players as almost all cheaters are on that platform.
A crossplay system where not everyone has to select it would be so much better then what we have now.
I'm happy we are getting a new anti-cheat tho and I appreciate the effort going into working on this issue, so thank you devs @DeadbyDaylight
