Like clockwork.

What are we even doing at this point? Earlier this week it was Ekblad doing this exact same play and now it’s Gudas. The league couldn’t make it more obvious that they favour the Panthers if they tried.
Radko Gudas caught Teravainen with this hit up high 😳 There was no call on the play

Also fantastic
A stunning defeat for a Trump-aligned right-wing leader in Europe. Serbian President Aleksandar VučiΔ‡, whose government cultivated close ties with Donald Trump and his family, has conceded defeat to a student-led opposition movement in a historic parliamentary election. Trump's son Donald Trump Jr. personally met with VučiΔ‡, while Jared Kushner pursued a major luxury real estate project with his government. Now, after nearly two years of massive student-led protests against corruption and authoritarianism, VučiΔ‡'s ruling party has been defeated at the ballot box. The student-backed movement is projected to win a parliamentary majority, ending more than a decade of dominance by VučiΔ‡'s party.

Genuine question, why do the Panthers play like this? And why do they get away with it? You don’t see a team throw as many questionable elbows as much as the Panthers do.

This will set the stage for austerity. This isn’t a unique play for Conservatives though, every new government gets one chance to recategorize expenses and do a budget review to buy them 12 to 24 months of runway.

David Eby didn’t govern from the centre or the left - he didn’t really govern at all. He lurched from issue to issue without a coherent plan. He did some important things like the BC-Canada MOU, and some novel changes to housing and health - but got pulled around by bobbles.
A warning to all of the NDP - if you govern from the centre and not as Democratic Socialists - you risk this. The Bob Rae curse.

Yup, and both of them soft peddled separatism and Alberta’s β€œlegitimate” grievances until it became clear where it was going to land. Matt also has a bad habit of ginning up stories where the government can look bad.

Eby demonstrates the danger of not actually winning a real leadership election. When the NDP shivved Appadurai, they pulled a short cut that gave him quick victory but very shaky ground on which to plant his movement.

If tariffs are so great, why is dear leader now removing them to save the GOP?
I am pleased to have secured additional tariff exemptions products crucial to Maine’s agricultural industries, including blueberry, potato, apple, and seaweed producers. Many of our farmers and growers rely on specialized equipment, packaging materials, and other products from Canada that are either unavailable from American suppliers or cannot be replaced without incurring significant expense. In my repeated conversations with Ambassador Greer, Secretary Lutnick, and other senior Administration officials, I have asked for tariff relief for these important products and I will continue working directly with Administration officials to seek additional relief and encourage a broader trade agreement with Canada, our neighbor, ally, and largest trading partner.

The worst part about a majority Conservative government with a progressive Mayor and council in Vancouver is that none of their major progressive policies will be able to move and everyone will blame Pete Fry Toronto shares the same curse under Doug Ford. #bcpoli
