The penaltimate day in the kitchen for our Chalet Cooks and they're really making the most of it! 🔥 Today's been busy and they've made succulent Stuffed Chicken, Vibrant Prawn & Smoked Salmon Meli Melo and rich Chocolate Meringue Torte! 😍

Tuesday is tasting pretty good! 😋 For lunch, our Chalet Cooks got stuck in to some Paneed Turkey, Gooey baked Camembert and Chocolate Moelleux with an irresistable molten centre! 🤤

Monday morning and the struggle is real... but at least our new chalet cooks are on it! Chorizo, avocado and feta canapes and Baileys chocolate ganache pudding to the rescue! 😋

Last week, Our recent Chalet Cooks took a stroll through the kitchen garden, discovering what fresh ingredients are growing through the autumnal season! 🍂✨

One of the highlights from this week! ✨ Our Chalet Cooks are so efficient, they have skipped a season and gone straight to Christmas! 🎄They prepared a fantastic Christmas dinner with all the trimmings! 😋👏

Homemade Pasta and a classic Beef Wellington to showcase the fantastic skills our Chalet Cooks have learnt during their course! ✨ This marks the end of a brilliant week, or two weeks for some! Well done to all. 👏 Go fourth and cook! 👩‍🍳

A wonderful evening of wine tasting last night with the brilliant @vinneuf Independent Wine Merchants 🍷 Followed by another jam packed day of cooking! A few of todays dishes included beautifully prepared Pork Fillet and carefully crafted Hoisin Duck Baskets. 🦆✨
