The other day I just put my hand over it, and poured love into it from my heart.... Within minutes the sound disappeared and it’s been noticeably better 🙏❤️

✍️The power of "wide band" exploration and creativity
When I was studying architecture, we learned many methods for lateral thinking
1 of my favourite discoveries to this day is "wide band" explorations followed by faithful surrender / letting go
We'd work on 1 building for a full semester and I would explore from as many angles as possible:
🟥The climate of the place
🟧 The topography
🟨 The types of people
🟩 The culture of the people
🟦 How people move through that area
🟪 Transport and connections
🟫 Proximity to other areas
As many possible dynamics as possible! Then I would just... "let it go" with faith, and I would leave it to God to help me
🪻 Then, when I'd least expect it - "the idea" would come to me like a flash
I found that the depth with which it resonated with my heart and being was correlated to the success of the project in everyone else's eyes
🛠️ In this coming world of AI - where everyone is referencing from the same sources and producing from the same places - I believe true creativity and authenticity in harnessing these tools is going to set people apart

😑 One of the hardest things to accept is full responsibility, and I think it transcends this material view of taking responsibility for ones life

😒 I never chose the anger I was born with - I inherited it and I spent ENDLESS YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAARS trying to change it and be different
🤬 But no matter how hard I tried, I would always default back to that mode
It was only until I learned to clear my mind that was I able to make any progress on it
☹️ It does not mean that it is gone completely, because it is connected to the whole world - as are our minds
Which is why, everything truly is "my fault"

Have been playing with my body and my aura since yesterday.
First, I extended my hand in front of me against a white ceiling and focused on the auric field, which had a turquoise color, for a few moments. Then I removed my hand, and the entire auric field remained — the full outline of the hand. I repeated it over and over again, and the result was always the same.
Then I did it with my leg. The same thing happened.
Then I tried it at night, without any light. It was still there, but white.
Then I played a little more. I kept looking at my hand while infusing myself with as much presence as possible... and the hand began to dissolve until it almost completely disappeared.
Have you experienced something similar? So cool. Cannot stop doing it now 😄🙏
