A timed OSCE circuit tests a different skill from one good station: can you stay present by station four? Try a six-station practice run, then note one communication habit that held up and one to revisit. OslerAI supports full circuits. oslerai.ca/#features

Before ending a practice patient conversation, try a brief recap: what you heard, what matters most to the patient, and the next step. Ask what you missed. A clear close is a skill worth practising out loud. oslerai.ca/

A patient conversation isn't the whole station. After a practice case, say your next step out loud: what supports it, and what might change it? OslerAI includes post-encounter questions to help you practise that reasoning. oslerai.ca/

Quarter-end practice shoutout: Anan Mohamad is first on OslerAI’s public Q3 leaderboard right now. Nice work, Anan! To everyone putting in reps, keep showing up for the next patient conversation. oslerai.ca/leaderboard

When a patient hesitates, that pause is part of the station. Try acknowledging the concern, giving them room, and checking back later. Then debrief how your response changed the conversation. OslerAI lets you practise patient conversations out loud: oslerai.ca/

Small randomized study, useful OSCE practice nudge: 48 Thai medical students scored higher after spaced deliberate practice with immediate feedback than one conventional session. Small, single-school study; not NAC outcomes. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3987…

One station doesn’t get to follow you into the next one. Reset, read the prompt, introduce yourself, and listen before you rush to fill the silence. To everyone writing the NAC this weekend, trust the practice you’ve done. We’re rooting for you. #NACOSCE

To everyone taking the NAC OSCE this weekend: we're cheering you on. 💙 Take a breath, listen carefully, and take it one station at a time. You've put in the work. Good luck from the OslerAI team! #NACOSCE #IMG

Excited to share we successfully ran an #OSCE pilot project with the Internal Medicine residents at the @OttawaHospital using one of our simulated, standardized patients. Lots of great feedback and some lessons learned. Stay tuned for the results.
