We often debate the cause of watershed infarcts: Hypoperfusion vs. Embolism? They are "tightly linked and inextricably interwoven".
Are direct cerebral bypasses still essential for the contemporary #cerebrovascular #neurosurgeon? A resounding yes.

Identifying elusive CSF-venous fistulas is a significant diagnostic challenge, requiring a sophisticated approach. While CT Myelography is foundational, #DSM provides the temporal resolution needed to localize these low-flow @spinalCSFleak.
