Breaking news: the Honourable Justice Chen-Wishart has handed down her judgment in Bouvier v Erewhonian Airlines [2022] HCE 213. The 2023 edition of the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot 2023 has formally begun!

The 2023 problem, in relation to the case Bouvier v Erewhonian Airlines [2022] HCE 213, will be released on Friday. We apologise for the short delay, which is caused by implementation of the new Oxford Law Faculty website. We will tweet again when the problem is available!

The instructions and problem for the 2023 Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot will be released on Wednesday 28 September 2022. This year's problem focuses on film copyright, and will pastiche various questions on copyright and moral rights.
