There's been a lot going on behind the scenes this week, and some of you might have missed a few things 👀
Welcome back to the second edition of "THIS WEEK ON @AlphaX_DEX"
Here's everything you need to know 🧵
Yesterday was a crazy day in this space 😮💨
Polymarket got hit for the third time this year, with about $2.6M drained through a compromised third party script on its website, and only hours later, Binance had about $6.3B drained from its hot wallets, which TRM Labs is linking to North Korea's TraderTraitor group, basically the same people behind the Bybit hack
Stablecoin issuers moved fast and froze over $2.3B within hours, but BTC still fell to around $76K while all of this was happening
Y'all should stay safe out there, I don't think this is the last we'll see of these hacks
recent security incidents in crypto, especially yesterday's hacks, are another reminder that protecting users' assets should never be taken for granted.
that's one reason I like seeing @MEXC put security at the centre of its operations.
from its $100M guardian fund and 1:1+ proof of reserves to cold-wallet storage, multi-signature authorisation and layered risk controls, MEXC has put several protection measures in place to safeguard user assets.
security isn't just about reacting when something goes wrong. it's about building protection into the platform from the start.
I took the MEXC spot the AI trap quiz and scored 99/100.
apparently, I'm the unfoolable. 😂
think you can spot the AI traps and beat my score?

92/100. Apparently, I'm not that easy to scam
Just tried the AI Safety Score by @MEXC × @APCollective and got classified as The Tech Whisperer.
Strength: AI Tamer
Blind spot: Soft on Feelings
With AI scams becoming harder to spot, knowing when NOT to trust is a skill itself.

Imagine sending money for USDT, only to find out that the order has been cancelled before the crypto reaches your wallet.
That's a frustrating situation, especially when the money has already left your account. But what you do next matters.
First, don't send another payment or assume the transaction is lost. Check your payment account to confirm the transfer went through, then save the transaction receipt and any relevant details from the trade.
On CoinCola, crypto involved in an active trade is held in escrow while the buyer completes payment. But if an order gets cancelled after you've paid, you shouldn't assume the escrow will automatically release your crypto or refund your money. You need to report what happened and provide evidence so the issue can be reviewed.
CoinCola provides a dispute process for situations like this. You can use it to submit your payment evidence and explain what happened. Keep your communication within the platform, follow the instructions from support, and avoid accepting private arrangements from the other trader.
One important thing to remember is that a cancelled order doesn't automatically mean your payment has been refunded. You need to establish what happened to the money and follow the proper process to resolve it.
This is also why it's important to understand how CoinCola handles cancellations and disputes before trading. Knowing what to do when things go wrong is just as useful as knowing how to complete an order.
Have you ever sent payment for a trade that was cancelled before the crypto was released? How did you handle it?

Ok it's clear that AI labs really aren't letting each other rest
OpenAI dropped GPT-6.1 Terra on October 26, and Google came back with Gemini 4 Carbon on October 28.
It's like every time one lab drops something new, the others are already getting ready to show what they've been working on.
I won't lie, this competition is getting interesting 😭😂

Have ever wondered who decides the prices you see when buying or selling USDT?
In many cases, it's the advertisers themselves. They create offers with their preferred rates, the amount they're willing to trade, and the payment methods they support.
For example, a seller on CoinCola can create an offer to sell USDT at a particular rate, set the minimum and maximum amount someone can trade, and specify the payment methods available. Buyers can then compare offers and choose one that fits their needs.
That's why you might see different prices for the same asset on the same platform. Advertisers have different pricing strategies, payment preferences, and trading conditions.
And If you're creating an offer, your price, trade limits, and payment instructions all matter. The clearer and more attractive your offer is, the easier it is for other traders to consider it.
When choosing an offer on CoinCola, what matters most to you, the price, payment method, or advertiser's reputation?

1、Grok Bot Marketplace:
🔗 x.ai/bot/marketplace
2、Grok Bot Index:
🔗 grokbotindex.com/
Bot
Bot
Bot
🔗 grokdex.net/templates
Bot
🔗 aiagents.org/grok-bots
5、Awesome Grok Bot:
🔗 github.com/Anil-matcha/aweso…
Bot
3、Grok Bot
One mistake a P2P seller should never make is releasing crypto just because the buyer says they've paid.
Let's say you're selling USDT on CoinCola and the buyer marks the order as paid. Before releasing anything, open your actual bank or payment account and confirm that the money has arrived.
Don't rely on a screenshot, SMS notification, or the buyer's word alone. Check that the amount matches the order and that you've actually received the payment. If there's a delay or something doesn't add up, pause and resolve it through the platform's official process.
Remember, once you release your crypto, getting it back can be difficult if the payment turns out to be fake or never arrives. That's why verifying payment is one of the most important steps on the seller's side of a P2P trade.
CoinCola's escrow system helps protect the trade while payment is being completed, but it doesn't replace your responsibility to verify the funds before releasing your assets.
A good P2P seller isn't just someone who offers a competitive price. It's someone who follows the process and doesn't rush the most important step.
If you're a P2P seller, do you always verify the funds in your account before releasing crypto?

Your downfall reveals what success often hides.
Some will stand beside u.

And some will try to crush u when u r alrdy down.
Watch quietly. Remember everything.
When u rise again, do not seek revenge. Just remember who stayed, who left nd who tried to break u.
Time reveals character. Success reveals who was watching. 🖤
