Q4 When it works well it is when my young person's needs and best interests are centred, and the relationship responds to those needs. Equity of course in the valuing of all stakeholders and how they can contribute #APVchat

Standard 1 'Know students and how they learn' - what better place to start than with #parentknowledge. Schools valuing parents as experts in their children is key. #apvchat

I am reminded of the Golden Greeters program in which seniors in schools greet each child every morning. Their motto, “No child should come to school without their name called in love!”How beautiful is that! And rich benefit for children and seniors! xitter.cf/katewallistweet/status… – at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
I’ve heard students (1,2,3,4) talk about the tremendous, positive impact of senior students (5,6,7,8) greeting them, at the door in the morning. Only happened once, on @tdsb #MentalHealthAwareness week. How about awareness every day? @TDSB_MHWB @laurelarchibal5
