Is it just me, or is anyone else struggling to reach their audience on Facebook lately? Feels like my posts barely reach the people who follow my page. Am I missing something? Any fellow weather creators seeing the same thing? #wxtwitter

8pm EDT Sun 18th Oct: NHC is monitoring a non-tropical low pressure area developing off the SE U.S. coast. This system now has a medium chance (🟠40%) of becoming a subtropical cyclone, primarily during the 2nd half of this week.
Regardless of development, the system will cause high winds, coastal flooding, & dangerous surf along portions of the U.S. East Coast. Please see warnings from your local @NWS offices & @NWSWPC.

This is an *impressive* CME!! Bt now at 45+ nT! Solar wind speed is good at ~550 km/s, density is very high. If Bz turns sharply south and stays there, we will see a major geomagnetic storm.
Yesterday, we investigated damage from a possible tornado that occurred on August 27 in the Haute-Mauricie region of Quebec. 🌪️
All photos, drone footage, GPS coordinates, and field observations have now been submitted to the Northern Tornadoes Project (NTP) for further analysis.

Could the Northern Lights be visible tonight? 🌌
NOAA is forecasting minor G1 geomagnetic storm activity through Wednesday, giving parts of the United States a chance to see the aurora if skies cooperate.
The WeatherWise RHY Stargazing Outlook shows the approximate southern reach for:
📷 Camera visibility
👁️ Naked-eye visibility
⬆️ Overhead visibility
It also considers cloud cover, moonlight, precipitation, wind, and atmospheric transparency to help you find the best viewing conditions.

In a season for me which has included over 32,000km of driving across Canada to chase storms, this one might be the greatest structure of the season. I have seen some amazing things this year. This one might be the best. Violent wind storm near Zurich earlier. #onstorm
🌒 A glimpse of today’s partial solar eclipse from Drummondville, Quebec! ☀️🌑
Clouds made things tricky, but I managed to capture this moment. 📸
Did you get a chance to watch the eclipse today?

OH MY GOD! 🤯🌩️
Best storm structure of the season so far! This impressive cell moved through the Drummondville area around 8:30 AM this morning.
🚨 Central Quebec is now under an orange tornado alert for a second storm episode expected late afternoon into early evening.
Stay tuned and follow the evolution! 🌪️⚡

A professional storm chaser doesn’t cry on social media about wasted environments, setups underperforming, and violent tornadoes not happening.
A professional storm chaser should be grateful to be in the field, being a part of the warning process, and realize that those busts were possibly someone’s home not being slabbed.
If you want to be a pro suck it up and do the grind for the process.
