My keys to add to @drphil_urology 1. Integrate systemic therapy for more aggressive #UTUC - surgery alone not curative! 2. Kidney preservation should be on radar for appropriate LR #UTUC. 3. Surveillance should be tailored to disease and extent of initial surgery.
