🚴♂️ Giving back, one mile at a time!
For our latest Community Involvement Spotlight, we're recognizing C&W | PICOR's Jesse Jones for volunteering with Southern Arizona Roadrunners at the TMC A-Mountain Half Marathon!
As a Course Monitor, Jesse biked ahead of the lead runners, helping guide participants along the correct route and keeping the race on course.
The event was also the final race in the 2026 Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown, a three-race series benefiting BEYOND-Tucson and supporting health and wellness initiatives throughout Southern Arizona.

On his appointment, Kameron said: “Growing up in Tucson, I’ve always had a deep desire to help better my hometown in any way I can. It brings me great joy and honor to be appointed to the Rio Nuevo Board and to build on the remarkable work that Fletcher McCusker and all of the current and previous board members have accomplished so far.
What I’m most looking forward to is continuing the momentum downtown and along the Sunshine Mile, empowering local businesses and developers, and helping these districts remain the fun, exciting, eclectic gathering places that our city’s residents deserve.

For several years, the PICOR Charitable Foundation has supported @amistadesinc a Tucson-based, Latino-led nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Southern Arizona's communities.
Through programs focused on youth education, family support, substance use prevention, and cultural engagement, Amistades provides resources and opportunities for local families. Our Pancake Breakfast grants have helped support their work, including removing barriers that can prevent families from participating in programs like Familia Adelante.
We're just 12 days away from our 2026 Pancake Breakfast!

📚 Barnes & Noble is NOW OPEN at Oracle Wetmore Shopping Center in Tucson!
The new 16,056 SF bookstore opened in the former JOANN location at 4380 N. Oracle Rd.

Tucson’s largest industrial sale on record just closed at $165.75 million.
C&W | PICOR represented the sale of the Tucson Shallow Bay Industrial Portfolio, totaling approximately 1.25 million SF across 14 properties and 85 buildings.
Paul Hooker, SIOR, CCIM, worked alongside Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group to represent both the buyer and seller.
The transaction also builds on more than two decades of C&W | PICOR history with these properties, beginning with Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and his work with Daryl Burton as the assets were acquired and repositioned over the years.
The sale is also the largest commercial real estate transaction by square footage in the Tucson MSA since 2007.
