Amazing day for theam at the @jpluk finals. So proud of all the players for @PJSSElite only missed out on the finals on goal difference- tremendous effort and resilience from them all. Big thanks to @FerdinandGroup for meeting the boys- made their day!

If a youth player comes in and his first game isnโt great- โheโs poor, heโs not readyโ
If a โ35 million poundโ player comes in and his first game isnโt great- โpatience, he needs time, get used to surroundingsโ

Why do the academy gates seem to transport us into a parallel universe where coaches parade as rock stars & parents act like groupies?
Can we all agree to quit the nonsense, leave the egoโs at the gate and concentrate on the real reason we are there, the development of the kids.
