@FlyingBrussels Your flight attendant denied my partner with a disability the right to keep her walking stick near her seat, forcing her to depend on others for mobility. This is an outrageous failure of accessibility and respect. In an emergency, this could risk her safety!
When my partner explained her situation, the flight attendant was incredibly unkind and dismissive. This caused her a lot stress. on top of living with chronic pain, forcing her to navigate a situation where her basic rights were disrespected. @FlyingBrussels this is unacceptable
