Hey Providence-- registration for @RhodeIslandDEM's Spring tree giveaway opens today! The trees go fast, so sign up ASAP if you want a free yard tree :) dem.ri.gov/natural-resources… This year they're offering mail delivery of smaller trees, in addition to in person pickup options.

P.S. Excited to see that paw paw trees are offered as one of the pickup options this year (arboretum.harvard.edu/storie…), but PRO TIP: if you're hoping to someday get fruit, you'll need to plant a 2nd paw paw variety nearby for cross-pollination!)
