And this needs to reflect the needs of the (ageing) population and be part of strategic workforce planning towards neighbourhood health. We are staring down the barrel of very large gaps in workforce skills and competency when mapped against the need for CGA at scale @GeriSoc
#ARRS has rapidly changed the GP workforce. In our long read, we suggest a move towards a model that accounts for clinicians' skills and experience, to improve training and supervision for ARRS clinicians in general practice.

If @THORPEPARK is as interested in family and fun as your marketing suggests, why wouldn’t you refund? Or allow change of dates? What possible reason could justify penalising customers when life doesn’t work out as planned on a day out? 2/2
