Vancouver voters have spoken. 137,178 people, nearly 7 in 10, said yes to stronger laws against open-air hard drug use.
68% also backed a secure treatment facility with more than 100 involuntary care beds.
Recovery starts with a city that says enough.

Involuntary care is already happening in BC. It just looks like someone "strapped down to a gurney in a hallway for 48 hours" then released.
"I don't think that's humane." @KenSimCity on why BC needs real treatment beds.

PROSPER calls for the full release of all findings from the Larry Campbell report.
Hearing rumors the Prov is going to quietly kill the findings and assessments from Provincial appointee "DTES Czar" Larry Campbell.
Word is he found too many leaks, the DTES non-profit establishment got spooked so asked the NDP to shut it down.
Will we get the report @bcndp?
