“Ample Supreme Court precedent addressing the individual’s right to keep and bear arms…dictates that New York’s new place of worship restriction is equally unconstitutional.”

They’ll let you glorify violence and street life, even pay you hundreds of millions to do it. But be a black dude with a degree talking about responsible gun ownership and 2A rights and they’re like, THAT NI**A is evil, shut him up, ban him! We can’t let them hear & see this.

It’s Term Limits Day. Do NOT let this day pass without calling your Congressman and advocating for term limits.
It’s time for government of, by, and for people. Not government of, by and for political elites.

To anyone using their 1st amendment right to comment about how the 2nd amendment was created only for muskets and pistols:

Social media is our generation’s public forum. It ought to be subject to the same protections provided to all public forums.
I am calling for First Amendment protections to be applied to this New Town Square.
Censorship of elected officials by unelected elites is UNAMERICAN!

So sad to see that New York City and State are falling apart. All they want to do is investigate to make me hate them even more than I should. Governor Cuomo has lost control, and lost his mind. Very bad for the homeless and all!

Yesterday, GOA argued in the Sixth Circuit against Trump’s unconstitutional bump stock ban. At this time, there’s no timetable set for the Court’s decision.

Lets be clear, the 2nd Amendment is about the individuals ability to protect himself & country (coming together w/ other armed individuals). I don’t care what the gun violence is in another country, having a lower gun violence rate doesn’t justify you infring On a Right.

Maybe they’ll decide to carry, or at least conveniently stage, emergency medical gear in the near future.
