Aggregated wearable data + health pro advisement. Sounds A LOT like that @PTHealthStudy experiment we ran to test this idea out.
We are proud to say our members now have access to the tool that can provide this type of intervention for their clients & patients.

We know of a group doing this type of care using aggregated wearable data + remote outreach.. In fact they will monitor through the woman's 1st postpartum year.
Contact [email protected] or [email protected] & ask them about their Operation MIST program.
For all participants - check your emails for the final Tuesday note.
Thank you to all contributors - we have learned so much with your help.

If “transform society” means something to U and you’re not AGGRESSIVELY engaging @PTHealthStudy to bring CISRS tech into your practice/classroom/community, you are watching opportunity sail by.

For innovators: In 5 wks @PTHealthStudy we are ALREADY seeing meaningful changes as “otherwise healthy” (the term most often used for “not sick enough to treat yet”) people make small but strategic changes and see the personal impact.
better stress/recover balance = Health Up.
