This lovely couple are Gwen & Derek - they run our #Wolverhampton #Parkinsons Support Group & do a fantastic job.
If you have Parkinson's or know someone that does, why not go along?
They meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday at 7pm @ Penn Social Club.

My average of 5K a day for 1 year - 365 days - for Teenage Cancer Trust and Parkinson's UK Update - 975 miles covered so far, tiny bit behind because of 5 days of Covid but only 10k to make up on the deficit now, 47 days to go!!!!…lnkd.in/e3yUcpMu lnkd.in/eAFuiBm7

I volunteer for @ParkinsonsUK in memory of my wonderful grandad. Anything I can do to help find a cure, I will. But, it is also a joy. It's proven that volunteering is great for your mental health. Win/win. Give a little time to something you care about ❤️ #MentalHealthAwareness
