SE adtv is 4.5m shares. Last 3 days have been ~14m per day, 3x normal. In-line w/a normal earnings day. Yipit calling for GMV miss + cryptic Sea Cloud memo. Bulls sellling, fast money shorting. Probably close to near term capitulation unless insinuating needing to raise.

Good old Michael Elias comes out blasting this morning with checks indicating none other than Papa Jensen from $NVDA himself is backstopping $ORCL buildout. Should read as a massive overhang removed in this name. Neoclouds acting a bit tricky this morning though, with $CRWV $NBIS down and a certain Korean IPO getting clapped. Other names - $SPCX re-sizing but not sure which way, $GOOGL remains active and $AMZN steady.

Construction on the Project Jupiter data center campus is moving quickly, with strong progress on site. We remain committed to developing responsibly and protecting New Mexico’s land, air and water. Last week we proposed reducing the microgrid's permitted emissions by 35%. This was in direct response to the NMED staff's questions and public comments. Last month we issued an RFP for 2 gigawatts of renewable energy in New Mexico. This effort supports our commitment to achieve 100% carbon-free energy matching for Project Jupiter by 2031 and to meet New Mexico’s renewable energy goals before 2045. Project Jupiter’s cooling and fuel cell systems are designed to use non-potable water, with an initial fill followed by limited maintenance needs. Including the initial fills, the estimated average annual operational water use for these systems over 15 years is equivalent to approximately nine U.S. households. We are proud to be a major part of making Doña Ana County one of the top 3 economic development generators in the State of New Mexico.

I don’t think the AI cycle is over. But I think financing will be harder, things will be scrutinized more w/math, the marginal bid on a stock will be harder to get, & gone are the days of +20% pops on random/recycled press releases Capex can grow by hyper’s OCF growth and be ok

It cannot be understated how important confidence is in large capital buildouts. Contagion happens fast and it becomes reflexive. So Trump really needs to fix this Iran situation to get oil/rates from getting more out of control Way too much macro and micro uncertainty right now

South Korea's KOSPI is down over 20% in the last seven trading days. That's the largest 7-day decline since the COVID crash in March 2020.
