FM radio station was up for sale and so bought it. License, studio equipment, transmission equipment and all. Last 5 weeks have been working to put it back on air and transfer ownership. Incredible coverage and now hiring air talent and sales ppl. #radio #radiostation #new #owner

We see it in their eyes each and every year. One detail we cover with our finish line team every race is present each medal around their neck. It shows the "weight" of their accomplishment and our volunteers experience the care required to be part of the North Country Trail Run.

Almost out. I think i'll completely take myself off insulin when this one runs out. Who says you can't diet and exercise and not have to spend $300+/ month for meds. Watch what you eat, stay away from carbs, sugars and fats. #insulin #diabetes #health #exercise #goals #eatright

Come on @GVSUSoftball need some runs!
Since diagnosed with #diabetes this year I'm proud to say with determination I've reached another milestone: 26 lbs down since diagnosis. Goal of another 15 lbs in the next 3 months. #diet #exercise #weightloss #eatingwell #healthyfood #health #food #routine #goals #change #life

I’m a distance runner. I’ve been trained to keep going, even when it’s hard. When it hurts. When it sucks. When I don’t want to. I look past it. Relentless forward progress to the finish... Call it what you want,… instagram.com/p/Bxhz4y_BqQ2/…
