What a brilliant day! Harriet Little, who joined us in May 2026, passed all her competency exams yesterday – not the end of her learning with Pajunk, but a fantastic start.

We’re on day 2 of the SonoAnaesthesia course, enjoying the lovely surroundings at Low Wood Bay Resort. It’s two days packed with ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia, hands-on needling and catheter meat workshops, and a gentle introduction to gastric scanning. #PAJUNKeducation
On the 24th of September, we had the privilege of donating 500 water bottles, to School Bank West Lothian
These bottles will be provided alongside PE kits, this provides a sustainable solution which promotes hydration during exercise and day-to-day schooling.
They are a charity that provides children with School essentials, making a difference to children and parents across West Lothian communities.

Well, we made it to Madrid for the #ESPA2026 on the way, one of the phantom was confiscated; luckily, the Caudal one made it. So a bit of improvisation, although not in Saville; it’s the Orange! 🍊 At least we have a SonoPlex II 25g for the colour.
We had some Caudal scanning with a few cornerstones along with the InPlane app (International Network for Paediatric Locoregional Anaesthesia and Education) a big 🙏🏼 to all those who voluntarily contributed to the ongoing project. Pajunk are so excited to be one of your sponsors.
