Things have been a bit slow on our end- another family emergency popped up, and Simone needed some time to unwind. Never fear- we'll be back and in your face with new content THIS HALLOWEEN!

We are FINALLY set up to begin our long form content creation process, and we've got a few friends to help us do it. Do these silhouettes look familiar to anyone else?

So... more bad news. Our computer- the one we used for editing our shorts- has exploded, and I mean that almost literally. And my laptop isn't powerful enough to run Vtube Studio, a game, and OBS at once. The universe seems to be giving me signs to stop. Which is my cue to completely ignore them and keep trying. As much as it pains me to say it, we'll be shifting over to long-form video content over shorts and streams for the foreseeable future. It's all that I can really do from my current setup, and what I'm more skilled at in the first place. Sorry for all the difficulties, but this isn't the end- more like a new beginning. And one I hope you'll stick around to see.

Day one of trying to return to content creation: redownloading everything- AGAIN- thanks to a mandatory reboot. Computers will do that to you. Especially when you don't want them to.

It's been a while, and it's time for a new start as I take content creation more seriously- so, of course, that means a reintroduction is in order! Hey, Earthlings! We're Parea Simone, and we're coming for your brains! Or your eyeballs, at least. #Vtuberㅤ

It's been a year and half since I decided to try Vtubing for real. Unfortunately, life had other plans, and I'm nowhere near any of the goals I set for myself. To be honest, I don't know where I started to slip up. Maybe there's something about me that the algorithm doesn't like, or I just don't have the charisma to attract an audience. For one reason or another, I'm not half the content creator I wanted to be, and that makes me frustrated. So, what do we do when we're stuck like this? That's easy. We keep moving. I'll try even harder to get good at social media, make videos, and stream when I find the time, because that's what I want to do. Will people like that? Maybe, maybe not. But the important thing is, it's out there. I know what needs to be done, and bits and pieces of how to do it. Onward, to world domination- or at least a little more work!

..Just as we start recording, we learned that our new apartment's walls are very thin. We'll have to schedule our recording sessions around some incredibly noisy roommates. ...In spite of everything, we persist. New short coming (and PC) coming this weekend!
