One update: we learned our original NMR structure was actually a symmetric dimer! We also solved a second NMR structure of a monomer.

We (@gimtaeeun, @KotaroTsuboyama) wrote a preprint! To improve de novo protein design, we investigated a specific miniprotein fold that was previously very challenging to design (fig from Rocklin 2017):
