“Dear Tesla Shareholders,
We have always set ambitious goals at Tesla. Achieving them requires the right team and the right leadership at both the management and Board levels. At our Annual Meeting on December 3, 2026, our three Class I Directors - Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel - are up for re election.
We have all the building blocks necessary to propel us into our next phase of transformational growth, but we must keep the leadership that has proven key to Tesla's success. We are asking you to vote FOR ALL proposals on this year's ballot - most importantly, the re-election of our three Class I Directors.
