Great summary @ctsinclair. Nice parallels to ja.ma/2CO1JRb, which had 5 ICUs (vs. 1) and 99% outcome capture (vs. 75%). US intensivists not as overoptimistic as in Netherlands (why?); US nurses biased toward pessimism. When MDs & RNs agree - best predictions! #huddle
