this is how Server Selection is Decided for OQs, per Riot Rules The Player with the Best Ping and the Worst Ping are NOT included Ping calculations (just 3 players in the middle) Ping Difference is what determines Server, not Lowest Ping i.e. 40ms vs 45 ms > 20ms vs 30ms
