Actually, the "benefits" of so-called "antidepressants" (which consist of boxes ticked on symptom checklists in short-term clinical trials) can be replicated in full by any of a variety of nondrug means, without any of the toxic effects.
In the long-term, these drugs cause worsening depression.
"Hearing voices" is not necessarily the devastating problem it is made out to be. Lost of people hear voices no one else can hear and still manage to lead satisfying lives.
Mania was extremely rare before psychiatrists began dosing large numbers of people with stimulants and so-called "antidepressants."

The post makes it sound like there is some proper fix for the underlying problem that doctors are just not telling people about. That is not really the case.
Diet, exercise, sleep and all that can help quite a few people, especially when it’s not that bad. Worth trying. But for a lot of people with schizophrenia, bad depression or bipolar, those things on their own do not stop the voices, the suicidal stretches or the mania. We don’t have some simple non-drug way that reliably sorts whatever’s going wrong in those cases.
If there was a diet-and-exercise approach that worked as well as antipsychotics for psychosis, it would already be everywhere. Lifestyle stuff helping some people does not mean it can fully replace treatment when the illness is severe.

Psychiatric drugs are psychoactive, but so are insulin and blood pressure tablets. That doesn't make them the same as alcohol.
Schizophrenia involves real problems with dopamine that cause voices and paranoia. Antipsychotics target that, which is why many people stop getting locked up, stop hearing things, and manage to hold down a job or see their kids. A few beers have never fixed that for anyone.
It's the same with serious depression. Leave it untreated for long enough and the brain changes. The medications aren't perfect and they don't fix everything, but they lower the risk of suicide and help people get moving again. Coffee doesn't do that.
The idea that something isn't real medicine if it doesn't permanently fix a defect falls apart when you look at half the drugs doctors actually use. Severe illness still needs treatment.

The medical establishment hit every button they could to overestimate the death toll from covid.
They increased the actual death toll by viciously persecuting courageous doctors and nurses treating this disease with safe and effective over-the-counter medicines shown to cut the death rate in half.
The mRNA shots were foisted on billions of people with no data they lowered the rate of covid infection.
Pfizer's and Moderna's own data showed the shot INCREASES the rate of serious adverse events.
Moderna's own study showed repeated booster shots made reinfection MORE LIKELY.
This was the most spectacular failure in vaccine history -- a "vaccine" that made you more likely to get the index condition.
Bankruptcies, divorce, homelessness, overdoses, suicides, all skyrocketed in the wake of pandemic restrictions intended to break the will of the populace, crush their spirit, and get them to accede to having anything shot into their veins that the drugmakers call a vaccine.
Hundreds of millions of black and brown children the world over will lead shorter lives, with less income and fewer opportunities because of pandemic restrictions designed to "protect" them from a disease that never posed a threat to them in the first place.
You have now accused physicians of murder, declared COVID a scam, claimed vaccines are killing people, and finished with profanity.
You have supplied no evidence for any of it.
About 1.2 million Americans died from COVID, more than 7 million worldwide by confirmed counts, and the mortality gap between vaccinated and unvaccinated people was measured repeatedly.
There is nothing left here resembling a discussion.
When evidence runs out and abuse begins, so does my interest. Muted.
She already knows "gender medicine" is about to crash and burn. She's just looking for an off-ramp. She wants to be able to say, "The science changed," and hope the rest of us forget these poisons were foisted on tens of thousands of children without any evidence they might help.

There is no correlation between flu vaccine coverage and all-cause winter mortality in seniors.

They demand entry into women-only spaces.
They demand to be allowed to compete in girls' and women's sports.
