C'est parti, les Steelers

COYS

The most well resourced school in the MAC is on the verge of falling to 0-16 under this coach when anyone is under center other than healthy Pop just days after being picked to finish 6th in hoops. Every day is the same as the day before. Just one gut punch after another

It’s apparently too much to ask to not be a constant fucking punchline. There has been one constant for the decade plus of failure. And somehow he has the most job security of any person in the fucking world

Same old UMass

Honestly unsure why I even watch sports

Every passing day makes me hate being in this conference more

Being in Barclays really makes me think about how much it sucks we don’t play our league tournament here anymore

UMass knocks off Rhody 81-68. Down at least 2 starters & 4 total key rotation players, UMass gets a nice win. UMass did not trail for a second in this game. Wimbley 16/6/5 Clayton 16/6/4 Clerc 15 & 6 Sylla 14 & 18 (plus 7 fouls) Always a nice day to beat URI

Sylla checked back in and picked up his 6th foul

UMass 73-60 with 3:48 to play. The lead has been as much as 16 here in the second half. Clayton and Wimbley both with 16

Sylla fouls out with 5 to play. Ends the night with 11 and 16

We’re at the U8 and UMass leads 70-56. Wimbley up to 16 points. Sylla has a double double with 11 points and 12 boards. Clerc with 13 to join them and Clayton in double figures

UMass up 56-46 at the U12. Wang hit a 3 and Wimbley had a nice breakaway dunk in that stretch

UMass leads 50-40 at the U16 in the second half. Clayton up to 13 to continue to pace all players. Wimbley with 10 to join him in double digits. Sylla up to 9 points and 7 boards

UMass takes a 38-37 lead into halftime. Offense and defense both struggled down the stretch there. Clayton with 10/3/3 Wimbleyn & Clerc both with 8 Sylla with 7/5/1 but 3 fouls Decent half for UMass with no Danny, Jaylen, or Bido

35-34 at the U4. Defense has not been good for the last 8 or so minutes. URI chipping away at what was once a 10 point lead and have it down to 1

34-30 UMass at the U8. Clayton up to 10 points and looks like he may be a problem for the rest of the MAC. Sylla with 6 points, 5 boards, and an assist and really impressing in this half

23-14 UMass at the U12. Sylla, Clayton, Wimbley all with 6. Clerc with 5. Fouls and rebounding starting to be an issue
