Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine becoming a Netflix star. I am truly humbled. Thank you to all my supporters who believed in my message of wellness and metabolic equity.
Yesss! This doctor gets it.
It’s time we stop metabolic shaming people. Diabetes and obesity are 100% genetic. Full stop.
This is blatantly false. Type 2 diabetes is 100% genetic.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Type 2 diabetes is not 100% genetic. While genetics influence susceptibility—with heritability estimated between 25% and 72%—lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, and BMI play a major role in its development:

Yes, it’s true. That’s my Tinder profile screenshot that’s been floating around.
Cry harder, toxic males. You’re getting swiped left. Full stop.

I feel like I took the Hippacratic oath for nothing when I became a nurse. 😢 all our HIPPA rights are being violated these days!

Why would you even question this?
It's "fare", as in money paid, like "Elon hasn't paid his 'fare share' of taxes.
I don't know who needs to here this but...
Elon Musk didn’t create Tesla. He bought it.
He didn’t create X. He bought Twitter and ruined it.
He didn’t invent the rockets, propulsion systems or telemetry of SpaceX. He used NASA tech and poached their engineers.
He’s a racist venture capitalist and a college dropout. That’s it. Full stop.

Men like @Shanemgillis can’t keep their eyes off of women like me… then calls us “whores.”
Typical patriarchy. My body and what I wear at the gym is my business.
We need to end toxic gym culture NOW. Full stop.

We can be healthy at any wait. The science is long settled on this.
We need to stop fat shaming and end use of the “O” word. Full stop.

What bullshit. “Those who celebrate” are mentally ill or nitwit grandmas.
As a nurse AND a notary, I stand for metabolic equity.
Health means entering a doctor’s office without being subjected to toxic male hostile arithmetic.
My body. My biomarkers. My notary stamp.
Obesity isn’t unhealthy. The science is long settled on that. Medical paperwork noting obesity is violence. We’re living under fascism for large-bodied people. Metabolic equity for all. Full stop.

Just flew to Lyon for this historic and peaceful revolution.
There wasn’t nearly enough “No Kings” representation so I brought my own placards.
I’m so happy. I literally can’t stop smiling…
Immigration, climate justice, LGBTQIA+ writes, student writes, and Palestinian freedom are finally being recognized after centuries of colonizer oppression and toxic masculinity.
What a great time to be alive!

Absolutely not. Ascension to the office of Certified Notary Public is not a casual or promotional matter. One must first be formally commissioned, duly authorized, and invested with stamp authority by a sitting Chief Notary.. an officer who has already satisfied the full statutory requirements and now bears the solemn duty of safeguarding the integrity of the notarial process.
Also, a self-respecting Chief Notary does not extend the stamp to an applicant whose intent is publicity rather than genuine preparation and demonstrated dedication to the notarial vocation. The notarial process is not a vehicle for casual challenges or promotional stunts. An applicant must first evidence a sincere and sustained commitment to the standards, ethics, and responsibilities of the office. We uphold the rigorous standards of the profession. Admission to this body is not extended lightly. Full stop.
