The Penn basketball program is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Hall of Fame alum Keven McDonald.
McDonald, who played at Penn from 1974-78, was the Ivy League Player of the Year in 1977-78 and Philadelphia Big 5 Player of the Year in 1976-77.
Our thoughts are with his friends and family in this difficult time.

The Ivy League Preseason Poll was released today, with the Quakers receiving 11 first-place votes.
Penn was named as the preseason favorite, voted on by 21 media members that cover the league.
The Quakers are looking to go to back to back NCAA Tournaments in 2026-27.
