Due to a technical issue, our most recent buyback was completed on October 19, resulting in a temporary interruption to the daily schedule.
The good news? The buybacks are set to resume tomorrow, October 22. 🔥

PEPPER BUYBACK PROGRAM: A SUSTAINABLE NEXT CHAPTER
#PepperPeople, a quick update on our daily buyback program.
We originally launched the program with daily buybacks of 40,000 $CHZ, later adjusting to 35,000 $CHZ per day. However, the Pepper Treasury currently generates approximately 24,000 $CHZ in daily revenue.
Consistently spending more on buybacks than the Treasury generates in daily revenue is not sustainable in the long run. Our goal is to keep the buyback mechanism running while maintaining a responsible balance between treasury income and spending.
That’s why we’re updating our daily buyback amount to 25,000 $CHZ, bringing it closer to the Treasury’s daily revenue.
🔥 Yesterday, we completed our final buyback under the 35,000 $CHZ allocation.
🌶️ Starting today, the new 25,000 $CHZ allocation is officially in effect. Today’s buyback has already been completed under the updated amount, and we’ll continue on this basis going forward.
The strategy remains the same: keep buying back $PEPPER, support the ecosystem, and protect the long-term sustainability of the Treasury.
This is about building a mechanism that can keep running — not just today, but for the long haul.
