Lol I call this a nutriberry sacrifice platform. I put nutriberries and other treats there, and they demolish them into bits. Yes, it gets messy. It gets vacuumed out every couple days and steam washed once a week. Anyway, Queso seems happy to have a lady friend to destroy with.

Isn't she adorable? I think I will maybe try some target training with her to build trust. Maybe someday harness training. She is chill enough that I think she could be a candidate for going with me to vendor events eventually. So Mambo may join the ranks of Charlie and Pooka.
I've heard scrambled egg can help with feather growth/plucking so Mambo gets egg! Everyone else does too. A very occasional treat.
Lol had a bit of a hard time filming as she would only do this when I had the bowl held up to my shoulder, but here's Mambo taking a bath!
Mambo in her temporary cage! Eventually she will join the bird room and have her own critter nation cage, like the rest of the conures. She can definitely hear the other birds, but she hasn't had much of a reaction yet.
We got in super late at 2AM but we are back in NY with Mambo! Now to get Mambo settled in. It'll be a little while before she meets the other birds. In the meantime, her new humans will get to know her!
