🇺🇸🇮🇱 AIPAC and pro-Israel PACs spent over $187M this midterm cycle and still LOST KEY RACES Nearly $128M went to candidates they backed, while more than $59M targeted those who refused to toe the line. Michigan was the clearest test. El-Sayed defeated Rep. Haley Stevens in the Democratic primary despite AIPAC’s super PAC spending over $30M to stop him. They kept spending into the general. He won anyway. Similar results emerged in House races, where candidates challenging blank-check support for Israel survived the spending. The old foreign-policy litmus test is cracking, and the results show voters are done letting one lobby call the shots. Source: Responsible Statecraft / Writer: Lucas

Netanyahu Grabbed Trump By The P*ssy Our most urgent task after the midterms is to create a list of everyone who supported the Iran War so we’ll know who to never, ever, ever, ever trust again. Pending a full accounting, here are the top two: Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, and Rupert Murdoch — still alive as of this writing — patriarch of Fox News and The New York Post. It may be unfair to blame Netanyahu, since it obviously doesn’t matter who the prime minister is. Israelis overwhelmingly support the war and worship Trump for pursuing it. Let’s see how much they love this: eighty percent of the party that’s about to control Congress has an unfavorable view of Israel. (And the other 20% is fanatically anti-Israel.) The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and closely affiliated United Democracy Project (UDP) spent an estimated $45 million to defeat Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan—who famously refused to answer whether Israel or Iran was a bigger threat to the U.S. That money became toxic, driving support for El-Sayed. He will now be the first Muslim United States senator. As some of us warned you from the beginning, the war was going to be very bad for our country, bad for the GOP—and bad for Israel. That’s why a lot of people who appreciate Israel’s core values were among those issuing this warning. But war supporters apparently felt their strongest counter-argument was to scream about antisemitism. Mark Levin, whom Murdoch has given his own show for some reason, called war opponents the “Woke Reich” driven by a “hatred of Jews” who are “ok with Iran and Putin” and act as “the modern-day appeasers of Hitler in the 1930s.” Even Ben Shapiro, who unlike Levin was never kicked in the head by a horse, denounced libertarian Rep. Thomas Massie for opposing the war, as well as foreign aid to Israel—or to anybody else, for that matter—accusing him of harboring a “not particularly subtle antisemitism.” (Sorry, Ben! You’re almost always right, but this is a really annoying argument.) And look what happened. Previously, most Americans never thought about Israel, and those who did—evangelicals and neoconservatives—unreservedly supported it. A Pew poll this spring found that 60% of Americans now hold an unfavorable view of the country. In a Quinnipiac University survey, 60% of voters said they disapproved of the U.S. sending military aid to Israel. This matched other surveys, such as one by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Today—for the first time since 2001—more Americans sympathize with the Palestinians than with Israel, according to Gallup polls. Support for Israel used to run in the double digits. ... While the media are determined to convince us the blue tsunami was about the public’s hatred of ICE, Elon Musk, tariffs, “voter suppression,” Jan. 6, and that monkey business at Bonwit Teller, voters have consistently said it’s the Iran War and its consequences. October polls: · AP-NORC poll: 80% want the next Congress to make “cost of living” a top priority; 70% say ending the Iran war is the top priority. · NYT/Siena poll: Voters trust Democrats more than Republicans on two issues: gas prices and “foreign wars.” Trump’s worst issue was gas prices, with 73% disapproving. · Fox News poll: 75% “extremely” or “very” concerned about the Iran war. · Gallup poll: 47% called the Iran War “extremely important,” and 42% named “gas prices.” Only the economy and healthcare narrowly edged out Iran as extremely important at 50% each. And so on. Virtually every poll shows that the top election issues were the Iran War, gas prices, and the cost of living. And the reason gas prices are high is because of the war; the reason the cost of living is high is because of gas prices. FULL COLUMN WITH LINKS HERE: anncoulter.substack.com/p/ne…

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Thomas Massie is FORCING a House vote next week to IMPEACH Pete Hegseth over the Iran war. He accuses Hegseth of waging an unauthorized war, with some GOP sources saying the impeachment vote could pass. Massie tried this in September, but leadership delayed it. Now he’s pushing again before the new Congress takes over in January. A Republican going after Trump’s War Secretary while the war is still ongoing is a bold move. Warmongers have been saying this for many decades: my war (that I didn't fight in) was actually a really good idea but it was just executed very poorly and they didn't use enough force: Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Iran, etc. etc.
Ben Shapiro: Don’t blame me, war was a good idea, the “execution” was the problem. Also the MOU was bad. Idea was great though.

🚨🇺🇸 REPUBLICANS ARE TURNING ON TRUMP'S IRAN WAR, AND THE REVOLT IS NOW COMING FROM INSIDE HIS OWN PARTY As the scale of the GOP's midterm defeat became clear, Utah Republican Senator John Curtis already had a Substack article ready accusing his party of abandoning the conservative principles that once defined it. And Curtis is hardly alone. JD Vance has explicitly blamed the Iran war for the Republican defeat, Trump himself acknowledged its electoral consequences, and even Fox News presenters have pointed to the war as a major factor in the GOP's losses. The criticism is now coming from multiple directions: 🔴 VP Vance: Said the war cost Republicans the election and argued that voters want Washington to reconsider both the conflict and its relationship with Israel. 🔴 Trump: Acknowledged the Iran war contributed to the defeat while continuing to defend his decision to launch military operations. 🔴 Fox News: Presenters and commentators such as Sean Hannity, Bret Baier, Jesse Watters, and others have identified the Iran war and the rising cost of living as major reasons Republicans lost voter support. 🔴 Sen. John Curtis: Condemned the hastily planned war for disrupting global oil markets and worsening the economic pressures facing American families. 🔴 Conservative principles: Curtis accused Republicans of abandoning fiscal responsibility, free trade, limited government, and America's traditional approach to global leadership. Curtis went further, arguing that Republicans had spent a decade sacrificing their principles for electoral victories, only to discover that winning elections without delivering better governance had consequences. The political implications extend well beyond one disastrous midterm. Vance is questioning the war's political cost, traditional conservatives are challenging the party's ideological direction, and Trump continues to defend the military campaign that his own allies increasingly blame for their defeat. The Iran war is rapidly becoming a dividing line within the Republican Party over its political future and the limits of Trump's leadership. Sources: Sen. 🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 Massie is forcing a vote to impeach Pete Hegseth next week... and Republicans tell CNN it’s going to PASS Massie triggers the vote when the House returns, and GOP sources expect their own majority to let it through, which would make Hegseth the first cabinet secretary impeached since 1876, by his own party. The case from inside the GOP: he sold Trump a fast, easy war with no exit and kept pushing escalation after the bombing stopped working. One administration official’s verdict: “I think he probably knows he’s dead but would like an exit sufficiently dramatic that it gives him a launching pad to run for POTUS.” Trump isn’t there yet. He told Hegseth days ago “you’re the best guy I have,” and a Democratic Senate won’t confirm a replacement. Source: CNN / Writer: Daniel

AND THERE IT IS: Ben Shapiro takes ZERO responsibility for lobbying Trump to launch the disastrous Iran War, throws the president under the bus instead. "I was working under the impression that the president was going to pursue war in the same way that he had pursued war in his first administration, and also in Operation Midnight Hammer, meaning go fast, go hard, finish it fast and achieve your ends—right? That is the way to actually win a war!" "But if you decide that you're not going to win it because you want to slow down because you're worried about oil prices, and then it turns out the oil prices just bite you right in the ass again, and you exacerbate the domestic pain with no strategic explanation, it's chaos! It's discombobulation!" Evidently, all Trump had to do was press the win button! 🤡

Told y'all AIPAC was cool with the results. They are also literally admitting to being the Uniparty in this post. The battle continues. Don't get distracted!
AIPAC congratulates the hundreds of pro-Israel Democrats and Republicans who won their elections last night. More than 234 candidates supported by AIPAC members have already won, with many additional races still too close to call. We congratulate Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries on the resounding victories for their caucuses. AIPAC members are determined to expand their political activism in the cycles ahead. Our community will increase its support for Democrats and Republicans who recognize that a strong partnership with Israel helps keep both countries secure, advances peace and stability, promotes democratic values, and grows our economy through trade and innovation.
