Yesterday we met with our Phase 1-3 schools, who updated the network on current developments in school. Following the session were shining the Nurture spotlight on Microsoft Reflect- a theme of the session, we heard how the tool is used to support & review wellbeing in classrooms

Exciting start to the year with a new group of schools signed up to Phase 5 of Nurturing Relationships. This week, we have had the pleasure of meeting with school representatives for introductory readiness discussions ahead of the upcoming programme leadership training.

As we settle into the a new year (and term!) a wee reminder to to take time to nurture ourselves. It can be tempting to jump into setting goals for the future. While this can be helpful & motivating, don't forget to pace yourself & make time for what matters to you #selfcare

During the festive period, there will inevitably changes to our usual routines. While this can be exciting, it can also cause feelings of worry. Social stories help present info in a literal way & explain what to expect. Now & next boards help break routines into tolerable chunks
