*PLEASE HELP* Our flight from LAX to Sydney was delayed 15 hrs. We get to Sydney too late that 40 people need to spend another night in a hotel but all they gave us was a piece of paper with a hotel name and cab voucher and said head there. We get to the hotel and hotel says they cancelled our rooms. Its midnight and 40 of us (kids and families included) are stranded.
If anyone has a contact at @AmericanAir or can like, retweet or comment to help expose this BS would be appreciated! Everyone just wants to sleep!
Ok everyone besides about 6 of us got rooms. At least the families all got somewhere to sleep. The hotel staff are letting the rest of us shower in the gym then we are just going back to airport to wait for our next flights.
