Thank you to those who joined last week to celebrate 40 years of @ukbapam. BAPAM has become the largest performing arts medicine provider in the UK supporting the health of performers, actors and dancers, which it couldn’t do without the dedicated teams, funders and supporters.

It was great to go for a walk on Hampstead Heath yesterday with my @PPLUK colleague Natalie Wade as she tries to keep up her fitness during her battle with cancer. We all really miss and wish her all the best with her treatment. She is an amazing person, showing great strength!

(6/6) Back at the Bowery Ballrooms seeing Lily Fitts supporting @Michaelmarcagi in Brooklyn. Congratulations on a wonderful gig. Live music really is the beating heart of New York culture.
